14 Lot Project – Binh Trung Dong Residential Area - District 2

 1. Location of project:

Located at subzone 14 in Binh Trung Dong residential area – Cat Lai, District 2, with bordering sides as follows:

• ­   Northeast: bordering the planned road with building line of 12m and project of Hoang Gia company.
• ­   Northwest: Bordering Road No. 5 with building line of  16m and 33ha project in Binh Trung Dong residential area
• ­   Southwest: bordering Road No. 3 with building line of 20m and park – public works.
• ­   Southeast: bordering ring road to the East with building line of 120m.

2. Project scope:

The project has total area of 64,863 m²

Including 2 subzones:

• 14A subzone: area of 31,791 m², planned including 100 semi-detached villas with area of land of 200 to 286.5 m² and 02 detached villas with area of 277.5 m².
• 14C subzone: area of 33,072 m², planned including villa area and high-rise apartment building.

3. Investor:

District 1 Public Service One Member Limited Company and Ben Thanh Investment Construction and Real Estate Joint Stock Company cooperate to invest into the project.

4. Performance Progress:

Legal procedures for investment are being completed. It is estimated to develop construction of project infrastructure in 2012.
