Successful organization of 2013 General Shareholders Meeting
Ben Thanh Investment Construction And Real Estate Joint Stock Company held the 2013 General Shareholders Meeting on April 26th, 2013 successfully. The general meeting decided to approve a lot of important matters in the company’s production and business operation in 2013, including decisions on increasing charter capital of the company up to 52 billion dongs from 39 billion, appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Thang as Chairman of Board of Management cum General Director of the company.
