Many typical projects which the Company has executed in recent years have come into operation stably such as Apartment Building 212,Nguyen Trai, District 1, Apartment building 300 Chuong Duong station, District 1, Apartment Building 207 Bui Vien District 1.
In recent years, Coresco has developed investment into some housing projects within District 2 . With key infrastructure projects, being formed as Thu Thiem Bridge, Phu My Bridge , Thu Thiem Tunnel and East-West Highway etc. and with the development orientation of the City , District 2 has a lot of potential to become a the most modern new urban area of Vietnam and the region with quite close distance from the center of District 1 .
