State Securities Commission approves Coresco to increase charter capital

On the recent 15/10/2013, The State Securities Commission approved that Ben Thanh Investment Construction And Real Estate Joint Stock Company issued bonus shares to increase its charter capital 52 billion dongs from 39 billion dongs from owner’s equity of the company. The company will perform increase in charter capital in the fourth quarter, this year.
